Kiwi's compliance requirements are based on the type of service your company provides to our associations. Please choose from the options below to see what is required for your services.

Full-service
  1. Current W-9. The current IRS form is from March 2024. W-9 form must be signed. To be upload during registration. Can be located here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
  2. Master Service Agreement. This will be completed electronically during the registration process. This agreement is completed once for work with any of our associations.
  3. Certificate of insurance. One to be provided to JellyBird and be valid for all associations we work with. See certificate holder information below:

If not uploaded during registration, the COI with above requirements can be emailed directly from your insurance company to [email protected].

Limited-service

  2. Vendor Agreement. This will be completed electronically during the registration process. This agreement cis completed once for work with any of our associations. It will outline terms and conditions (including indemnification) or working with our associations.
  3. Relevant certificate of insurance for services rendered. These are considered general liability, workers compensation, and automobile coverages.

Off property

  2. Registration is not required online and your form can be sent directly to [email protected] or to the community manager you are partnering with to be registered.
